REGION 1
MINISTRY AREAS CURRENT ACTIVITIES
MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY - MARAWI CITY CAMPUS
Area Leader: Carmelito Go
The ministry started with a couple who invited some students to their home for Bible studies. Soon the number of students increased and more professionals also attended Bible studies regularly. Regular Sunday fellowship and midweek prayer meetings are being done weekly. Short term leadership trainings, conferences are also done every semester. A discipleship training called Timothy Principle is currently being done to key leaders.
MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY - ILIGAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY-ILIGAN CITY
Area Leader: Robert Malaluan
A group of believers, mostly from MSU Marawi campus (former students) came to Iligan and worked as faculty members and industry workers. They formed a fellowship group and continued the vision of disciple-making, i.e., sharing the Gospel and followed up those who responded. At present, around 150 college students, professionals and community folks are involved in disciple-making. They also meet every Sunday for fellowship. They leaders established training apartments for training in a living situation. In these training apartments, students stay together with a disciple-maker (servant leader) teaching them the basics of disciple-making, at the same time serve one another by taking turns in household work. Hopefully, when these students graduate, they do not only earn a degree, but will become co-laborers in the Kingdom of God.
Current Activities: Some of their activities are Bible studies, witnessing, prayer meetings, and conferences. They also conduct regular visits to their outreaches located within the city.

Cagayan de Oro had recently dedicated the new fellowship building. Being the national center, it also serves as a training center for the ministry’s small group trainings, i.e., missions training, youth leaders’ training and annual umbrella meeting. It also serves as a temporary residence for brethren from other ministry areas that have business in Cagayan de Oro, transient resting place for some sick brethren from the provinces who needed medication in Cagayan de Oro City. The center also houses the office of our administrative and some full time workers. It is also serves as a live-in discipleship training center for single disciples.
